“KEM” KATHERINE EMILY BREWER, beloved wife of Wayne Brewer, of Lethbridge, passed away at home on Monday, November 9, 2020 at the age of 68 years.

Her spirit is carried on by her husband Wayne Brewer; her children: Monica (David) Williams of Leduc and Theresa (Bruce) Forster of Lethbridge; and her grandchildren Matthew and Emily Williams; and Thomas and Kayleigh Anne Forster and brother Darryl Vincent.

She is predeceased by her mother and father Christine and Gordon Vincent.

Kem was born on July 1st, 1952 in Saskatoon, SK. She had moved around with her family before settling in Saskatoon where she met Wayne on a blind date for his high school graduation. They were married on September 3rd, 1976. Kem and Wayne resided in many communities, including Calgary and Winnipeg before settling in Lethbridge. She had careers with both Business Development Bank and the Lethbridge Housing Authority. Kem was an incredible volunteer, lending her time to Victim Services, Girl Guides, Hospital Eucharistic Ministry and many more. She was an active member of the Lethbridge Country Club, especially the Tuesday morning ladies group. She enjoyed the golfers more than the golf. Kem was an avid traveler starting at an early age, backpacking through Europe.
