BLACK FOREHEAD

ADRIAN BLACK FOREHEAD “Piitaihpii – Eagle Dancer” passed away peacefully at the age of 64 years old, surrounded by his loving family at the Chinook Regional Hospital on December 31, 2020.

Adrian is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 48 years Elizabeth Black Forehead. His only daughter Michelle Crow Eagle and special granddaughter Jorrie First Rider, his two sons, Dwayne Crow Eagle and Cody Black Forehead. His grandchildren Kylee, Riley, Jenna, Ellie Kate, Raquel, Taylor, Alexa, Starlayna, Axxel, Cruiz and Haidez, his very special granddaughter whom he was very close to – Brittlyn Fox, and his only special great grandson Kyson Kane who brought him the greatest joy to his heart, and his son-in-law Cody Coward. He also leaves behind his brothers Daniel (Bettina), Leonard, and his sisters Catherine, Annette (Myron), Marilyn, Edna (Marna) Brenda, adopted sons Terrence, T.J., Bo Wells (Cheyenne), adopted daughters Marcy, Lisa Healy (Larz), Darlene Plume and numerous nieces and nephews. Adrian is predeceased by his parents Jack and Amy Black Forehead, sister Cindy, stepdaughter Debbie, Stepson Brian, nephew Charles, niece Tanya. Adrian will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

A viewing will be held at Legacy Funeral Home, Cardston on Monday, January 11th, 2021 from 9:00-11:00 am. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 am. Interment in the St. Catherine’s Cemetery.

    My dear friend Adrian, I am so very sorry to learn of your passing. You fought a brave warrior fight over the past few years and now you are free from pain. To Elizabeth and family, and am truly sorry for this enormous loss to your family. We have been friends for close to 25+ years and have enjoyed your friendship. I have several of Adrian’s beautiful paintings and will cherish them forever. Adrian, rest high on that mountain, until we meet again. Your friend, Lori
