EDWARD “MISTER” HUNT 1964 ~ 2025 Edward “Mister” Hunt of Lethbridge, beloved son of Bernice and the late Alex Hunt Jr., passed away at home on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the age of 60 years.
Mister was born in Lethbridge on October 22, 1964, to Bernice and the late Alex Hunt Jr. He and his siblings were raised on the family farm and ranch in the Fort Whoop Up area on the Blood Reserve.
Mister is survived by his loving mom Bernice; brother Andrew; sisters Ada (Pete), Arlene (J R) and Sandra (Stoney); nieces Andrea (Jamison) and Savannah; nephews Waylon (Chantelle), Jeremy, Adam, Andrew Jr. (Tamara), Joshua, Jason (Bobbie), David (Nikki), Aaron, Matthew, Samuel, Luke and Chad; great nieces Lakeisha, Hayley, Sierra, Arianna, Aurora and Isabella; great nephews Malachi, Brody, Roman, Johnny, Jude and Sullivan.
He was predeceased by his dad, Alex; sisters Ida and Anne; brother Clarence; grandparents Sam Red Crow, George and Emma First Rider; grandfather Alec Hunt Sr; aunt Claudia Red Crow; uncles Keith Red Crow and Willie Hunt Sr.; cousins Keith Red Crow Jr, Wilbert Day Chief, Alvin Bull Calf, Alvin Bull Calf Jr, Willie Hunt Jr, Wilma Hunt, Lloyd Chief Calf; Patrick Hunt, Nora Hunt, Clara Hunt, Darlene Hunt. A Wake will be held at 6:00 pm, on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at the FIRST NATIONS CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP CHURCH, Cardston, Alberta.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am, on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at the FIRST NATIONS CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP CHURCH, Cardston, Alberta.
Edward will be laid to rest next to his dad, brother and sister on the Hunt family plot.
