SINCLAIR, Warren

Posted: May 17th, 2025

SINCLAIR Warren Neil Sinclair of Turin, AB passed away April 16, 2025 at the age of 87.
Predeceased are parents Gordon and Helen, and eldest brother Marvin.
Surviving family are Larry (Marguerite), Kari (Mark) McAndrew, Greg (Sonia), Kristy (Tom) Adams, many great nieces and nephews, Aunt Lucy P., Uncle Andy T., and many cousins.
Warren was a humble and quiet man filled with kindness and compassion for people and critters. He loved looking after the birds and rescuing all types of Gods creatures from certain death. For him that meant capture and release. Sometimes driving them to safety across the river.
Warren was a great Uncle whom children gravitated to. He would always be helping us put our latest craft or Lego set together, playing crib or tenting out in the backyard with his great nephews. A favourite memory of ours is steering his old red Toyota truck down a dirt road. On our family trip to Hawaii, our uncle joined us on a long walk and hike up the Diamond Head crater in Hawaii. He also joined us on a road trip from Calgary to California to watch the Breeders Cup horse races.
Warren’s interests included nature, science, entomology, zoology, forestry, history, travel and golf.
A special thank you to Warrens close neighbours for their friendship and kindness, stepping up to help him out. He never wanted to be a burden to anyone.
Warren’s kind gentle spirit and warm smile will be missed.
