TAIT OLSEN 1995 ~ 2026 Tait Olsen of Lethbridge, passed away suddenly, in his home on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at the age of 30 years.
Tait was born in Lethbridge, Alberta, on October 26, 1995. He attended school in Lethbridge, where he built many lifelong friendships. Tait began working with KDH Painting Inc. at the age of 15, dedicating much of his life to the company. At just four years old, his grandpa introduced him to his first hockey game, which quickly became his favorite pastime. He spent the rest of his life proudly telling everyone, “This is the Leafs’ year.”
Tait loved camping and spending time with his close friends. He was kind and generous, with a sense of humor that brought laughter to any situation. Tait also had a deep love for animals, especially his loyal rescue, Lola. He touched the lives of everyone he met and will be greatly missed by all.
Tait is lovingly remembered by his parents Nancy (Joel) Soudi and Scott Walker; brothers Zachary (Abigail) Olsen, and Presten Walker; sister Georgia Olsen; uncle Neil (Monique); cousins Adam, Jennekah and Jillian. He is predeceased by his grandparents Ross and Marilyn Olsen.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects between 5:00pm and 7:00pm on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 – 4 Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, May 22, 2026, at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 – 4 Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta, with Dr. Bruce Martin officiating.
Flowers are gratefully declined. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tait’s memory to the Lethbridge Minor Hockey Association, 300 Britannia Blvd W, Lethbridge, AB T1J 5L4.
