Jacobina “Jackie” Katherine Moser of Medicine Hat passed away on Saturday, August 25, 2012, at the age of 91 years beloved wife of the late Michael Moser. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Mildred (Melvin) Martin, Ernie (Dawn) Moser and Pat (Michelle) Moser; eight grandchildren, Jackie (Lyle, their children, Alyssa, Rylan, Peyton, Jerid and Jeremy); Shelley; Terri (Gerry, their daughter, Abbigale); Jason; Kim (Laurie, their children, Reed and Daisy); Sheldon; Tasha and Landon; her brother, John (Ronnie) Jangula; four sisters, Emilia Feist, Katherine Rennie, Anne (Joe) Baier; Betty Grubowski; two sisters-in-law, Katherine Marshall and Pat Moser as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Katherine and Philip Jangula; her step-mother, Elizabeth Jangula; her husband, Michael on February 20, 2010 numerous brothers, sisters and step brothers and sisters. Jackie was born on March 31, 1921. On April 10, 1944 she married Mike and together they lived and farmed in Mendham. Mom was very involved in the community and church. After moving to Medicine Hat, she also became involved in the Moose Lodge and was an active C.W.L. member for 59 years. After dad’s passing, mom moved to South Country Village. The family would like to thank the staff at Sunnyview for the wonderful and loving care mom received. We will miss her. Those who wish to pay their respects may do so at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Wednesday, from 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday at the church from 9:30 – 10:25 a.m. Family and friends will gather for prayers in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated in Holy Family Parish (1451 Strachan Road SE) on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. Philip Le celebrant. Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery.
