I am so very grateful that I was blessed with the opportunity to get to know Joyce on moving to Medicine Hat and joining Victory. She always glowed with joy and her smile lit up the room as well as her gracious manner. We appreciated her playing for services and for our praise and worship team. My step-Mom, Tillie Wagner, was a dear freind of Joyce’s from Horizon Village and treasured their friendship. She will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.
