1938 ~ 2012
Mr. Harold Benjamin Tooth passed away peacefully after a short and courageous battle with cancer on Monday, November 19, 2012, at the age of 74 years.  Left to cherish and honour his memory are his loving wife of 48 years, Merle and his children, Linda (Duncan, Nick and Alex), Jeffrey (Brenda, Kayla and Melissa), Randy (Barb and Sabrina);  a brother-in-law, Norm (Adrienne) Hunchuk; sisters-in-law, Arlene (Dennis) Houghton and Jean Tooth as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by a brother, John in April, 2012.  Harold was born in Climax, Saskatchewan on September 15, 1938 and moved to Moose Jaw in 1940.  It was in Moose Jaw that he discovered his love for golf and hockey.  Harold moved to Calgary and then eventually settled in Medicine Hat in 1968 with Merle and their children.  It was upon retirement from Nowsco Well Service that his passion for golf took hold.  He was a dedicated member of Riverview Golf Course in Redcliff.  He also enjoyed oldtimers hockey and ten pin bowling. His family and friends were the joy in his life.  Harold was a kind and generous man whose unique sense of humour will be sorely missed.  As per request, Harold’s life will be silently remembered without the proceedings of a formal service.  (Condolences may be expressed by visiting www.cooksouthland.com)  Memorial donations in Harold’s name may be made directly to the Margery E.
