1927 ~ MINOR ~ 2013

Posted: January 16th, 2013

It is with heavy hearts the family of Theodore “Dode” Minor announces his passing on Sunday, January 13th, 2013 at the age of 86 years. Dode leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 59 years, Doris of Medicine Hat; his only son, Donald of Medicine Hat; his chosen family: daughter, Heather Clarke; grandchildren, Devon Felesky and Adam (Dayna) Felesky; and great-granddaughters, Kait and Faith who brought that special twinkle to his eye with each and every visit. Dode was born and raised in Abbey, Saskatchewan. His love for farming and ranching started at an early age. Throughout Dode’s life he owned land and shared his knowledge and passion for farming and ranching by working with others. His passion for the countryside was evident even after his retirement, as he made many trips back out to the country.
God needed one more cowboy
And he felt you’d fit right in…
So he softly whispered to you
“Saddle up, my friend, let’s ride”.
