1933 ~ SCHEUERMAN ~ 2013

Kimbell Scheuerman passed away Tuesday, July 23rd, 2013 at the age of 79 years, after a courageous battle with cancer, with his loving sisters at his side. Kimbell was born October 14th, 1933 in Duchess, Alberta. He was predeceased by his parents, Henry and Louise Scheuerman; his wife, Doris, the love of his life; his son, Dean; brothers, Don, Lloyd, and Ted (Marion) Scheuerman; and step-son-in-law, Ron Rissling. He is survived by his grandson, Andrew (Anne) Scheuerman; daughter-in-law, Michaela Scheuerman; his sisters, Doris (Elwood) Hill, Betty (Leroy) Engel, Elaine Swift, Sharon Scheuerman, Dianne (John) O’Reilley; brothers, Albert and Richard Scheuerman; his sister-in-law, Helen Scheuerman; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his step-children, Glen (Teresa) Green, Darrell Green, Wendy Kambeitz and all their families; all Doris’s siblings and their families; good friends, Brian Scarlett and Dave Moysey; and loving feline friend, Dayla. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation for the care and attention Kim received from the nurses and staff on 6 West of the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial gifts in Kimbell’s memory may be made to the S.P.C.A., 55 Southwest Drive SW, Medicine Hat, Alberta, T1A 8E8.
