1931 ~ NAGEL ~ 2013

Violet was born on a farm near Mendham, Saskatchewan on October 11th, 1931 and passed away with her family by her side on Wednesday, September 25th, 2013 in Medicine Hat, Alberta at the age of 81 years. Violet leaves to cherish her memory her children, Brenda (Gunther), Maxine (Ken), Brian (Janice), Herb (Sherri), Darrel (LeeAnne); son-in-law, Bryan; eleven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; one sister, Evelyn (Vern); two brothers, Alvin (Margaret) and Gordon (Delores); one uncle, August (Doreen) Stolz; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Violet was predeceased by her husband, Gordon; one daughter, Debby; her parents, Fred and Bertha Stolz; one sister, Esther; and one granddaughter-in-law, Mandy. The Funeral Service will be held in SAAMIS MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPEL, #1 Dunmore Road SE, on Monday, September 30th, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Daniel Gales officiating. A private family interment will take place on Tuesday, October 1st, 2013 in Leader, Saskatchewan. Memorial gifts in Violet’s memory may be made to the Alberta Heart & Stroke Foundation, 124, 430 – 6th Avenue SE, Medicine Hat, Alberta, T1A 2S8.
