It is with heavy hearts that the family of Audrey Ann Heidinger (nee Simpson), announce her passing while at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Tuesday, July 8, 2014, at the age of 67 years.  Audrey was born and raised in Medicine Hat graduating from Medicine Hat High School. She attended Mount Royal College and worked as a secretary following graduation.  Audrey also worked in the construction business owning her own trucking company as well, she worked as a cook and a seamstress.  Audrey always found time to do some volunteer work as well.  She was a life-time member of the Moose and was still very active.  Audrey will be forever remembered in the hearts of her twin daughters; Cheryl (Brent) Noble, Carol (Dion) Fernetti and Francis Gwen Demaris;  grandchildren, Ashley, Dillion & Emilia Noble and Carlee & Nathaniel Fernetti;  siblings, Nancy (Bob) Webster, Wendy Hughes, Glen Hughes, Penny (Bob) Gaetz, Pete (Naomi) Simpson as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her parents Pete & Audrey Simpson.  A celebration of her life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat, on Friday, July 11, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with Life Celebrant Gerry Getz officiating.  Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.  If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to the Medicine Hat Health Foundation, 666 – 5 Street S.W., Medicine Hat, AB.
