1931 ~ LORENTZON ~ 2014

Our Mom, Thelma Marie Lorentzon went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, September 14th, 2014 surrounded by the love of her four children. She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Fred Lorentzon in July 2007. Over the past two months since her diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, Mom continued to show us a life full of courage, humour, grace and dignity. Her memory will be cherished by son, Wade Lorentzon; daughters, Lori (Neil) Bonesky, Jolene (Andrew) Au Coin and Mavis (Ron) Sautner. Thelma is also adored by her precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Jordan and Jami Lorentzon, Brady and Lena (Ida and Mila) Lorentzon, Cameron and Amanda (Rowan and Flint) Lorentzon, Brennan and Lori (Cohen, Cara and Caleb) Bonesky, Amber and Jesse (Makala and Olivia) Wideman, Chelsey (Jesse Frey) Au Coin, Logan Au Coin, Zac Sautner and Tanner Sautner. Mom came from a large and loving family, one of eight siblings and their families, who will all miss her dearly. Friends meant the world to our mama, and she gave her love freely to each one of them. Mom, you will be remembered by all as a fine lady. We invite you to the Celebration of Thelma\’s Life at SAAMIS MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPEL, #1 Dunmore Road SE, on Saturday, September 20th, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with Professor Wade Lorentzon officiating. A Come and Go Time of Fellowship will follow in the Saamis Creekside Centre, Saamis Memorial Funeral Chapel.
