Mr. Peter John Phillip Kosi of Leader, Saskatchewan, passed away at the St. Joseph’s Home Carmel Hospice in Medicine Hat on Sunday, October 5, 2014, at the age of 82 years. Peter leaves to cherish his memory: two sons, Paul and Dale; two great-grandsons, Damien and Loki; sisters, Mary (Pringle) and Mona Kosi; brothers Dennis, Mike, and Thomas Joseph Kosolofski; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A private funeral service will be held for family at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Wednesday, October 8, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. with Life Celebrant Gerry Getz officiating.
