Jean Fox of Redcliff, passed away on Wednesday, June 10th, 2015 at the age of 76 years. Jean leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Shelly Robinson, Laurel (Gary) Brake, Karen (Jake) Thomas, Cathy Williamson, Rosella “Rolly” Linklater; eleven grandchildren; and five great- grandchildren. Jean was predeceased by her parents, Michael and Paulina “Lena” Pachkowski; one sister, Olaysha; and one brother, Michael. Jean lived her younger years in Manitoba before moving to Alberta with her children. Her church was very important to her and she enjoyed knitting, painting, cooking, and gardening; but her greatest loves were her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. At Jean’s request, no formal funeral service will be held. Memorial gifts in Jean’s memory may be made to the Carmel Hospice, St. Joseph’s Home, 156 – 3rd Street NE, Medicine Hat, Alberta, T1A 5M1. I am so very sorry to see another wonderful person leave this earth, but if I know Bubba as well as I think I do, she’ll still be hovering around us shadowing us with her love and warm embrace. Bubba was like a grandmother to us “Rempels” growing up, she always made us a part of her family. When my son was born back in 2007 and we’d always see her on the bus she adored him as she had us when we were little kids. This woman’s heart was always bursting full of love and it’s a sad day to see her go. Love you Bubba.
