It is with heavy hearts that the family of Victoria Frances Marlatt (nee Schwengler) announce her passing away, peacefully, on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at the age of 74. Victoria was born May 12, 1941 in Prelate, Saskatchewan. She retired several years ago to enjoy her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Victoria will be forever remembered by: daughter, Rhonda (David) Nagel of Leader, Saskatchewan and their children, Paden (Meagan) Nagel of Leader, and Keara (Dillon) Wanner of Swift Current, Saskatchewan; daughter, Michele Schmidt of Maple Creek, Saskatchewan and her children, Cody (Kelsey) Schmidt of Kindersley, Saskatchewan, and Niko Schmidt of Leader; daughter, Glenda (Bruce) Joyner of Leader, and her children, Karissa (Cornie) Fels of Prelate, Saskatchewan and Bryton Fels of Leader; great- grandchildren: Camille Schmidt of Kindersley, Winston Neufeld of Prelate, and Navada Nagel of Leader. She is also lovingly remembered by her brother, Jerry (Judy) Schwengler; brother, Charles Schwengler; sister, Rose Ann (Paul) Scherger; as well as her numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Victoria was predeceased by her parents, Sebastian (Sam) Schwengler and Theresia Drescher. A Celebration of Victoria’s Life will be held at LITTLE FLOWER PARISH in Leader, Saskatchewan on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. A private family interment will follow at the Prelate Cemetery.
