Jack Ludwig Hildenbrand of Medicine Hat, beloved husband of the late Doris Hildenbrand, passed away on Tuesday, May 31st, 2016 at the age of 88 years. Jack leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Gary Hildenbrand of Medicine Hat and Glenn (Pat) Hildenbrand of Summerland, British Columbia; two grandchildren, Troy (Catherine) Hildenbrand and their children, Jayden and Jenna, and Zac (Gaby) Hildenbrand, both of Scottsdale, Arizona; one sister, Ruby Milligan of Didsbury, Alberta; and one sister-in-law, Virginia Hildenbrand of Medicine Hat. Jack was predeceased by his wife, Doris Hildenbrand; his parents, Ludwig and Emilea Hildebrand; one brother, Jim Hildenbrand; and one sister, Irene Galligher. Jack was born on March 24th, 1928 in Medicine Hat. It was in Medicine Hat where he met and married Doris Zmurchyk on June 7th, 1947. Jack was a lifetime member of the Connaught Golf Course and worked for 44 years with CP Rail. Special thank you to Jackie, Steph and all the staff at St. Joseph’s Home, Carmel Hospice.
