Posted: October 11th, 2016GANS, Mrs. Violet passsed away at Leader, Sask on October 7, 2016. A Graveside Funeral Service will be held in Medicine Hat on Friday, October 14, at 11:00 AM at Hillside Cemetery.
Visitations for Mrs. Gans will be held at Cooks Funeral Home, Medicine Hat, from 10AM to 10:45 AM Friday, October 14 prior to the Graveside Service. All those attending please gather at Cooks Funeral Home prior to the service for the procession to Hillside Cemetery. A reception for family and friends will be held In the Reception Centre at Cooks Funeral Home following the Graveside Service. Those who wish may remember Mrs. Gans with a gift to the Canadian Cancer Fund or your local Diabetes Foundation.

My deepest sympathy to the family. I just found out of your Mom’s passing today and am deeply saddened that I was not at her service to pay my respects.. Karen and Diane I have such fond memories of your Mom who was my second Mom. She was the nicest person I ever knew. Still have her handwritten recipe of her chocolate log cake which I make 3 times a year. Our parents had such fun times together. My thoughts are with you all.
