Posted: December 5th, 2016On Nov. 27 of Seaford, England, in his 88th year. Beloved brother of the late Alex Shand. With his wife, Margaret, he opened the Conservatory of Music at the Medicine Hat College in 1968. He is survived by Margaret, their children and grandchildren, his nieces and nephews; and the music, which continues to play on.
