1942 ~ 2017

We are sad to announce the sudden passing of Patricia Litton on Saturday April 1, 2017, at the age of 74 years. Pat is survived by her special friend, Glenn Proseilo; her aunt and close friend, Rose Scofield; her children, Terry (Coreen) Litton, Cindy (Lee) Porter, Rob (Sherry) Litton, Karen (Greg) Fekete, Kathy (Charlie) Singleton and Carol (Darwin) Bernhart; grandchildren and great- grandchildren; Bryan (Ashley), Maddison, Ayden Litton, Stacey (Simon Fettig) Litton, Robyn (Justin Coulter) Wheeler, Savannah Litton, Jordan (Ryan), Asher, Dylan Pancoast, Hayden Porter, Shannon (Ross), Brooke, Bailey, Gavin Stewart, Meagan Litton, Kelly and Lindsay Fekete, Caitlyn Singleton. Pat was predeceased by her husband, Larry Litton; mother, Hilda Soutyre and close friend, Ernie Blechinger. Mina Patricia Gay Morris was born on August 19, 1942, in Chelan, Saskatchewan. She moved to the Lumby/Vernon, B.C. area at a young age where she attended school. While visiting her grand- mother in Bjorkdale, Saskatchewan, she met Larry Litton. They were married on August 22, 1957. Pat was very proud of and spoke often of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her favorite pastimes included reading, gardening and chasing her pets around the house and yard. A private family graveside service will take place at Hillside Cemetery with Life Celebrant Gerry Getz officiating.     I am so sorry to have heard that Pat passed. She was a special lady. She worked for me for a while and she also helped me out when I was in need, as I helped her out in her need. We had a lot of good times and humour. I’ll always remember her in fondness.
