1931 ~ BOUMAN ~ 2017
Posted: April 20th, 2017Jana “Jean” Bouman of Medicine Hat, beloved wife of the late Leo Bouman, passed away on Monday, April 17th, 2017 at the age of 86 years. Jean leaves to cherish her memory two children, John (Bonnie) Bouman of Edmonton and Nellie (Dale) Simpson of Redcliff; three grandchildren, Chad (Jasmine) Bouman and their children Aria and Emerens, Linda (Justin) Asham and their son Brandon, Nicole (Trevor) Seipert and their children Brooke and Drake. Jean was predeceased by her husband, Leo; and her parents, Roelof and Petronella de Keijzer. Jean was born in 1931 in Holland. In her earlier years, she loved to golf and curl and, later in life, she enjoyed playing bingo. Jean will be greatly missed by her family and friends. A Come and Go Celebration of Jean’s Life will be held at SAAMIS CREEKSIDE CENTRE, #11 Dunmore Road SE, on Monday, April 24th, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Memorial gifts in Jean’s memory may be made to the Carmel Hospice, St. Joseph’s Home, 156 – 3rd Street NE, Medicine Hat, Alberta, T1A 5M1.
