1931 ~ ALICIA JEAN SUDERMAN ~ 2017

Posted: May 2nd, 2017

Alicia “Lish” Suderman (nee Wallace), long-time resident of Redcliff, Alberta, passed away quietly at the age of 85, on Friday, April 28th, 2017, surrounded by family. Lish had made it known that she intended to be dancing with her husband on their anniversary, April 28th, and that is exactly what she did. Lish was predeceased by her husband, Lloyd (2008), her parents, Joseph and Jeannie Wallace, and her two brothers, Douglas and Robert Wallace. She is survived by one brother, Murray Wallace (Joyce) of Vancouver; her children, Jean Renner (Garnet), Lloyd Suderman (Krystal), Sandy Suderman, and Sherri Suderman; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Renner (Brekke), Sarah Renner (Darren), Ali Jones (Curtis), Ashlea Suderman, Aaron Suderman, Amy Jones (Joe), Matthew Jones, and Kaylea Suderman; as well as two great grandchildren, Jade and Ella Renner. Lish loved to cook and shared her talents with family, friends, and professionally at numerous eating establishments in the area. Her eagle-eye served her well as an accomplished dart player. She enjoyed playing cards and spent many years camping and fishing.

It was Lish’s express wish that there not be a funeral. Instead there will be a Memorial Come and Go gathering to pay your respects and share a “Lish story” at the REDCLIFF ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION, 302 Broadway Avenue East, on Saturday, May 6th, 2017 from 15:00 until 17:00. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to the Redcliff Legion Ladies Auxiliary. Mum was a life-time member of the Legion and preformed the duties of Sargent of Arms for 16 years. Keep on dancing, Mum! Condolences may be sent through www.saamis.com or to condolences@saamis.com subject heading Alicia Suderman. Funeral arrangements entrusted to
