Mrs. Rosy Rowe passed away at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Sunday, June 4, 2017, at the age of 95 years. Rosy leaves to cherish her memory: daughters, Rose Marie (Bryan) Laidlaw and Bonnie (Jay) Martin; grandchildren, Duncan (Maria), Jeff, Justin, Adam, Tyler (Lisa), Jennifer (Craig) and Scott; great-grandchildren, Callum, Mairi, Cooper, Brooklyn, Bowen; daughter-in-law, Patty and brother, Harry. Rosy was predeceased by her husband, Wes; son, Jerry; parents, Harry and Emilia; special friend, Art; two brothers and one sister. Rosy was born in Irvine, AB., on February 5, 1922 to proud parents, Harry and Emilia Hanschar. She lived all 95 years of her remarkable life in Medicine Hat and area. Rosy was a wonderful grandmother to her grandchildren and she will be dearly missed by them all. A private graveside service will be held at Hillside Cemetery.
