It is with heavy hearts that we, the family of Blaine Frank Armbruster, announce his passing on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at the age of 39 years. He will be sorely missed and lovingly remembered by his mother, Cathy (Dean) Brown; brother, Stephen (Alana) Armbruster and their sons, Koen and Ethan; grandmother, Marjorie Garnett; Dean’s parents, Larry (Julie) Brown as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Blaine touched many lives in his lifetime. The family would like people to remember Blaine for who he was and not how he died, honouring his memory in their own way. A celebration of Blaine’s life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. with Life Celebrant Gerry Getz officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Blaine’s name may be made directly to the SPCA, 55 Southwest Drive S.W., Medicine Hat, Alberta, T1A 8E8.
