1944 ~ NANCY WEBSTER ~ 2017

Nancy Ruth Webster, beloved wife of Bob Webster of Medicine Hat, passed away on Tuesday, November 14th, 2017 at the age of 73 years. Nancy also leaves to cherish her memory three children, Robbie Webster, Rick (Sherry) Webster and Rachaelle (Terry) Fode; seven grandchildren, Raylene (Mitch) Leask, Regin Fode, Treyden Fode, Taija Fode, Ryan Webster, Spencer Braconnier, and Shelby Braconnier; her brother, Pete (Naomi) Simpson; two sisters, Wendy Hughes and Penny Gaetz; one brother-in-law, Bill (Rose) Webster; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Nancy was predeceased by her daughter, Robin Braconnier; her parents, Peter and Audrey Simpson; one sister, Audrey Heidinger; her brother-in-law, Robert Gaetz; and her mother and father-in-law, William and Lillian Webster. Nancy was born on March 10th, 1944 in Medicine Hat and graduated from Medicine Hat High School. She met the love of her life, Bob, and they were married on July 18th, 1964 in Shelby, Montana. Over the years, Nancy was employed as a lifeguard with the City of Medicine Hat in the summer, worked at Dom Glass, the Medicine Hat Lodge, and the Veiner Centre. She was an awesome cook as anyone who visited will agree to. She didn’t like conflict, so her favourite reply was “whatever”. Nancy loved shopping, crafting, gardening, camping, and travelling south and especially loved spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed weekends at the family farm. Nancy was the love of Bob’s life and will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered. The Funeral Service will be held at SAAMIS MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPEL, #1 Dunmore Road SE, on Monday, November 20th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with Gary W. Goran officiating.
