I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Steele’s passing. She was my art teacher all thru my high school career at Hat High in Medicine Hat. She was beyond my favorite teacher and was my inspiration to keep going with my art career. One of my proudest moments was when she wanted to buy one of mt pieces of art in grade 10 or 11. I continued to go onto the visual communications program here in medicine hat and have been very successful here in Medicine Hat with my graphic design business- Paintergirl Murals and Decorative Art. I’ve even travelled to swift current to paint 🙂 I owe her alot and am deeply saddened by her loss. She was an amazing lady and I will always remember her for her encouragement and friendship.
