RAYMOND W. QUAST

Born in Schuler, Alberta where he graduated from High School. Raymond married Valerie Joyce (Dowling) on October 6th, 1951. He became a certified welder and manufactured quanset beams for farm machinery and grain buildings. Raymond also built rural schools and housing for teachers in the Southern Alberta School District. He later moved to Penticton, B.C, where he built three new stores for O.K. Welders; he then moved to Kamloops, B.C. where he owned Rayco Industries. In 1972 Raymond moved to Los Angeles where he owned three machine shops, making aircraft parts for Boeing, MacDonald Douglas, and General Dynamics. He was an avid 40 yr. Round and Square Dancer, liked to go R.V.ing with friends travelling the country and abroad. Raymon was predeceased by his son Ross in 2011. MISS YOU BOTH, MORE THAN WORDS CAN SAY!!
