Arthur “Art” Roy Stregger of Medicine Hat, beloved husband of the late Pat Stregger, passed away on Tuesday, April 24th, 2018 at the age of 94 years. Art leaves to cherish his memory his children, Debbie Linfoot-McLeod (Ron McLeod), Joan (Jim) Lysyk, Brenda (Marlin) Kristiansen, Ellie (Barry) Williams and Bill Stregger; by his grandchildren and great grandchildren; one brother; two sisters; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Art was predeceased by his wife, Bernice “Pat” Stregger; one daughter, Roberta Stregger; his son-in-law, Doug Linfoot; grandson-in-law, Mark Schofield; great grandson, Ashlynd Kristiansen; his parents, Christopher and Pauline Stregger; three brothers; and two sisters. The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at Good Samaritans, Medicine Hat Regional Hospital 5 West Sub Station and Dr. Jeffrey Bratvold for all they have done in looking after Art. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at HOLY FAMILY PARISH, 1451 Strachan Road SE, on Friday, April 27th, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with Father Philip Le, celebrant. Interment will take place at a later date.     Dear Debbie and family, I am so sorry to about Art’s passing. He was such a sweet soul! I loved to listen to his stories and to have Pat shh him.
