Mrs. Ruth Kobly, beloved wife of the late Mr. John Ralph Kobly, passed away at the Riverview Care Centre on Friday, June 22, 2018, at the age of 87 years. Ruth’s memory will live on in the hearts of her two children and their families: son, Louis (Sandra) and their family, Shawn (Kathy) and their children, Tyler and Kayla; Kim and her sons, Cole and Eric; Dean’s children, Tanner, Travis (Jen) and their boys, Gannon and Levi; son, Ken (Peggy) and their family, Patrick (Nicky) and his children, Jayden and Kiara; Megan (Jay) and their children, Owen and Eryn; Beth (Scott) and her son, Liam as well as Amanda. She will be lovingly remembered by her brothers, Marvin (Bobbi) and Denis Reiling as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Along with John, Ruth was predeceased by her grandson, Dean; sister and brother-in-law, Doloris (Jim) as well as her sister-in-law, Marlene Reiling. Private Interment will take place in the coming days. Relatives and friends are invited to a come and go celebration of Ruth’s life to be held at the Whiskey Creek Pub, 937 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Friday, June 29, 2018, between Noon and 2:00 p.m. (Condolences may be expressed by visiting our website at www.cooksouthland.com) In lieu of flowers, those wishing to remember Ruth are encouraged to do so through a donation to the charity of one’s choice.
