1939 ~ TOM BOULTON ~ 2018

Thomas “Tom” Charles Boulton, beloved husband of Georgeina Boulton of Medicine Hat, passed away on Saturday, July 28th, 2018 at the age of 79 years. Tom also leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Randal (Shawna) and Bradley (Donnell); one daughter, Jackie (Wayne); seven grandchildren, Kayla (Kyle), Kallin, Crystal (Neil), Tiffany (Jesse), Thomas, Jack and Christina; seven great grandchildren; two brothers, John (David) and Garry (Patti); three sisters-in-law, Margaret (Charlie), Rita (Ken) and Eva; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Tom was predeceased by his parents, Jack and Margaret Boulton. Tom was raised on the family ranch west of Stavely. Although life made it necessary to work in many fields his heart was always in the country. He was fortunate to end his working life where it started, ranching. Tom loved to travel, and his work took him to every state and province except 2; he couldn’t get to those by driving he said. When Tom joined Georgeina in retirement they travelled together and often with good friends. Their most memorable trip being their 8 month RVing adventure across Canada and the US. Spending time with family and friends was very important to Tom. He got great pleasure from sharing his love for the outdoors—hunting, fishing, camping, golfing, working or travel. There wasn’t an activity (children or grandchildren’s) he missed by choice. Tom was a proud 13-year survivor of esophageal cancer. The Funeral Service will be held at VICTORY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 2793 Southview Drive SE, on Tuesday, August 7th, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Jim Bredeson and Diaconal Minister Lila de Waal co- officiating.
