Carl was raised by his birth mother, Bertha Lavhey’s family, Mary and Arch Myles in Terrenceville, Newfoundland. Carl leaves to cherish his memory his two children, Jasmine Hynes and Tristan Hynes; his sister, Irene Hickey; and his brother; Craig Green. He was loved by many including, his partner, Elly Cleland of Medicine Hat, our residence. Carl was very passionate about The Boys at work! He was a journeyman pipefitter of 20 years. Carl loved Home, as a Newfie, fishing, travelling and especially riding his Harley. He will always be in our hearts. The Funeral Service will be held at ST. MARGARET’S CHURCH, Cypress Hills, Alberta, on Saturday, August 11th, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. with Dr. David J. Carter officiating. Interment will take place in Terrenceville, Newfoundland at a later date. Memorial gifts in Carl’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 325 Manning Road NE, Calgary, AB T2E 2P5.
