It is with sadness that the family of Denise “Charlie” Catherine Semenok announce her passing at St. Joseph’s Home – Carmel Hospice, Medicine Hat, AB., on Saturday, September 1, 2018, at the age of 45 years. A Vigil Prayer Service will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat, AB., on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., with a Visitation time beginning at 6:00 p.m. The Memorial Service will be held at the Salvation Army Church, 203 Maple Street, Maple Creek, SK, on Friday, September 7, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow in the Maple Creek Cemetery.
