Mathilda “Tillie” Martin of Medicine Hat, beloved wife of the late Ferd Martin, passed away on Saturday, September 15th, 2018 at the age of 94 years. Tillie leaves to cherish her memory her children, Dennis (Chris) Martin, Audrey Nichols and Tim (Theresa) Martin; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Tillie was predeceased by her husband, Ferd Martin; her parents; three brothers; and four sisters. Those who knew Tillie will remember her for her love of playing cards and playing pool. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at SAAMIS MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1 Dunmore Road SE, on Thursday from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m., and on Friday from 1:00 until 1:55 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at SAAMIS MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPEL, on Friday, September 21st, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Jeff Decelle officiating.
