Mr. Roy Lionel Bechtold, beloved husband of the late Mrs. Rosemarie Bechtold (nee Kipta), passed away in Medicine Hat on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at the age of 87 years. Roy’s memory will be cherished in the hearts of his family as well as all those whose lives he touched. A Celebration of Roy’s life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Saturday, December 8, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. with Life Celebrant Gerry Getz officiating. Private interment will follow with a time of fellowship and refreshments thereafter in the Cook Southland Reception Facility.
