Stanley “Stan” Sailer of Calgary, beloved husband of Clarese, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at the age of 85 years.

Prior to Stan’s retirement in 1980, he was President of McAra Printing. He loved life and enjoyed volunteering, golfing, singing, dancing, and whistling. Stan gave his time generously to several organizations including: Rotary, Jaycees, AMA, Canadian Cancer Society, United Church, United Way Appeal, and Calgary Exhibition & Stampede. He was a President of the Rotary Club of Calgary, a Paul Harris fellow, and Jaycee senator.

Stan is survived by his wife of 64 years, Clarese; his cousins; loving in-laws; and a whole gang of super nieces and nephews-in-law.

Stan was predeceased by his parents Jacob and Ida Sailer and his brother Gerald.
