SERGEANT

Posted: April 9th, 2019

After a valiantly fought battle with pneumonia Brad chose to go home rather than live his life with the options given for life. The son of Jim and Claire Sergeant, and the brother of Laura, David, Pam and Anj we will dearly miss him. Like his father he had a phenomenal memory and loved to socialize. His sense of humour and endless jokes made him a joy to be around. Myotonic Dystrophy effected his speech, legs and hands but he never complained. He adjusted his life accordingly, from playing Tiny Mite hockey to later coaching Tiny Mite and as the disease progressed-his electric wheel chair. Brad was born January 6, 1962 and passed away at the Red Deer ICU April 4, 2019. In honour of his life a memorial service will be held at First Assembly of God, on May 11 at 2 o’clock. We thank you for your prayers, they were truly appreciated. Brad left looking forward to meeting his Savior.
