She married Charles on November 3, 1954 and together they lived in numerous places in Saskatchewan while raising their family. Mary Ann loved sewing and upholstery, telling stories, laughing with family and friends, but more than anything, she loved to dance with her beloved, Charles. She was an active member of the Royal Purple and did many great things in and around the communities where she lived. Charles and Mary Ann moved to Medicine Hat in 1989 and she continued to work until she was 78 years old. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and she loved them all.
