JACQUIE PAWLYSHYN
Posted: August 19th, 2019Jacquie Pawlyshyn passed away in Grande Prairie on Thursday, August 15, 2019, at the age of 64 years.
Jacquie was born on September 5, 1954 and raised in Kamsack, SK. She lived in Dartmouth, NS for many years and moved to Medicine Hat, AB in 1995. She worked in health care in Medicine Hat, most recently at Cypress View Foundation.
Jacquie was a unique individual who loved animals in general and cats specifically. She was generous with those she worked with and family she loved. She loved trips to Vegas and “bling” of any kind.
She leaves behind her sister Brenda (Ed); nieces Alison (Mark) and Erin (Patrice); her nieces’ children: Owen, Ayla, Dominic, and Sebastian; and her beloved cat Ollie.
Jacquelyn was predeceased by her brother Ricky and her parents Audrey and John Pawlyshyn.
The family would like to thank the staff of 4 West in Medicine Hat and 5 North at the QEII Hospital in Grande Prairie, as well as Prairie Lake Hospice in Grande Prairie for giving us the gift of time for Jacquie to be with family.
She will be remembered at a private family gathering.
