It is with great sadness that the family of Donald Albert Edward Krauss, announce his passing on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at the age of 83 years. Donald will be forever cherished and lovingly remembered by his wife and best friend of 41 years, Fran; children, Tonia and Nels, Donavon (Patty), Melinda (Del) and James (Jody). Donald will also be fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Izzar, Ali, Michaela, Kelsie (Steven), Brittany (Darryl), Sarah, Emily, Jordan and Jessa; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Arthur (Pat) Kraus and sister-in-law, Iona Kraus. He was predeceased by a brother, Paul Kraus. A Celebration of Don’s life will be held at Victory Lutheran Church, 2793 Southview Drive S.E., Medicine Hat on Friday, January 31, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Jim Bredeson officiating. Interment will take place in the family plot near Mazenod, Saskatchewan, in the spring of 2020.
