It is with great sadness that the family of Ken Lippert announce his passing on Tuesday May 19, 2020 at the age of 66. Ken was predeceased by his wife Mary Lippert, brothers Vern and Ron Lippert, sisters Pauline, Shirley, and Phyllis Reimer; mother-in-law Maria Reimer, and his parents Adolph and Hilda Lippert. His memory will live on through the hearts of his sons Curtis Lippert, Don Garden, Darcy (Tammy) Garden; sisters Pearl (Loral) Reiling, Corrinne (Gerald) May, Bev (Rusty) Mingo; brothers Harvey, and Clarence Reimer; grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Ken’s life will be remembered through a family service held at Hillside Cemetery Tuesday, May 26th, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
He touched the hearts of everyone and will be dearly missed.
My Uncle Ken was the best. He was funny and kind. I feel blessed to have grown up with him and my other two Uncles (Vern and Ron). They were instrumental in me having a fantastic upbringing and I will always feel blessed to have been born into this family. There are no words that can be expressed at the lose of three uncles in five years but I will ensure that the memories I have of them will be shared. Until we meet again. I love you and Aunty Mary. Rest in Peace dear uncle.
A mutual friend made me aware of Ken’s passing. I was shocked. Ken and I had a history of playing in the same rock band when we were teens. He was a good friend back in the day and as friendships go from time to time we drifted apart. Ken will be missed and I regret not seeking him out in our latter years. Rest in peace my friend.
