It is with heavy hearts that the family announce the passing of Katherine Lear Lincoln at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Saturday, July 4, 2020, at the age of 98 years. Katherine leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Bill (Marilyn) Milroy and Robert (Denise) Milroy as well as one stepson, John Lincoln. She is also survived by four grandsons, Jason (Lori) Milroy, Scott (Jen) Milroy, Kuhan (Densel) Milroy and Ryan Milroy; four great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Katherine was predeceased by her husbands, W.A. ‘Bunk’ Milroy in 1978 and John Lincoln in 1993. The family would like to thank the staff at River Ridge Care Centre for the excellent care over the last eight years. Thanks also to Dr. Best and the staff on 4 West. Katie was a lovely lady,I was lucky to get to get know her while she lived at River ridge,we used to have some nice chats when I used to help her with care she also gave me a big hug when I became a Canadian citizen as I’m originally from England and said welcome to Canada,she will be missed by many at the home including me
