Thomas Bertram Crockford passed away at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Thursday, September 24, 2020, at the age of 69 years. A Celebration of Tom’s life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. Due to restrictions in place from the Chief Medical Officer of Health regarding COVID – 19, funeral services are currently limited to no more than 100 attendees.
