It is with an extremely heavy heart that Jean announces that her beloved husband, Raymond Edmund Bernard, passed away suddenly at his home in Medicine Hat on Sunday, November 1, 2020, at the age of 81 years. Raymond’s life will be silently remembered by family and friends without the proceedings of a formal service.
