It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Louise Mary Schaufert on Sunday, April 4th, 2021 at the age of 64 years. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Jeremy (Brittany) Schaufert and Janessa (Cameron) Babitzke; grandchildren, Madison, Hayden, and Cooper; brothers, Joe (Amber) Wogrinc and Sean Girduckis (Michele); sisters, Kelly (Doug) Garrecht and Sonia (Dave) Moore, numerous nieces and nephews; and her special granddogs , Tucker, Annie and Ruby. Louise was predeceased by her parents, Tony and Julia Wogrinc. Louise was born on May 6th , 1956 in Taber, AB. Throughout her life, Louise cultivated many enduring friendships. She was particularly fond of the friends she made during her extensive career at Sears, and then most recently during her time that she worked at the South Country Co-op Agro Centre. She enjoyed the simple pleasures of life and could most often be found devoting her time to her flower garden. Louise was a wonderful person and she loved spending time with family and friends. She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her. The family wishes to thank the wonderful doctors and staff at Carmel Hospice for the compassionate care shown during her final days. Due to current covid-19 restrictions, a private family graveside service will take place at Hillside Cemetery on Friday, April 9th, 2021, with Gary W. Goran officiating.
