ELLEN HANNAH (HOPE) LADRET

Ellen was born in Durham County, England November 5, 1919. She passed away peacefully, in her sleep March 25, 2021 at the age of 101.
Predeceased by father John Hope and mother Mary (Davies) Hope; husband Alfred Ladret; sister Violet (Albert) Davis Survived by brother George (Ruth) Hope; sister Loreen (Robert – deceased) Treloar; sister in-law Dorothy (Jack – deceased) Hope; sons Alfred Snuffy (Lynda) Ladret; Bruce (Alba) Ladret; Gregory (Dawn) Ladret; Douglas (Lara) Ladret; daughter Lynne-Ellen Ladret; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and friends.
Ellen had a long and well lived life. The greatest passion of Ellen’s life was her family. She was an active participant in each and every family member’s life, from being a proud but reserved cheerleader to being the supportive shoulder when it was needed. She gave her love, support and wisdom to all that were lucky enough to have been a part of her world.
Wherever a beautiful soul has been, there is a trail of beautiful memories.
In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a place no one else will ever fill.
