1954 – BRIAN KRASSMAN – 2021

Posted: May 28th, 2021

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Brian Joseph Krassman on May 23, 2021. Brian passed away at the age of 67, surrounded by his family. He is survived by his high school sweetheart and the love of his life, Cynthia Krassman, whom he was married to for 43 years. He is lovingly remembered by his son, Damon Krassman; his daughter, Kyla (Seth) Buehler; and his grandchildren, Aubri Krassman, Carter Krassman, Kaiden Buehler, and Jase Buehler; sister, Bev Crawford and Loreta (Norman) Glass; as well as numerous nephews. Brian was predeceased by his father, Joseph Krassman and his mother, Betty Krassman. Brian was a kind, empathetic, hard working family man who would do anything for anyone. He began his career working with CP Rail but left that position when his children were young as he wanted more time at home to focus on his family. Brian then started a courier company which he grew into a very successful career that he worked at until he retired in 2019. Brian and Cynthia spent a lot of their time travelling, especially to Hawaii which was their second home. Brian loved to golf and spent much time on the course with his best friend of decades, Gary Heller. Brian was a helper, an encourager, and was the backbone of his small, tight knit family. Brian’s most rewarding accomplishment was being a father: He prided himself on being there for his children through every up and down and taught them the importance of family and enjoying every moment together. Brian’s grandchildren were his pride and joy and his closeness to each of them was a result of the time he spent with them all. Brian’s sense of humor was unmatched: his witty, quick responses could make anyone laugh, even in the toughest of situations. Brian’s legacy will live on through those who were lucky enough to know and love him. A celebration of Brian’s life will be announced when gathering restrictions are lifted.
