1965 ~ 2021

After a brave battle with cancer, Corey Beierbach passed away peacefully in Medicine Hat on Monday, June 7, 2021, at the age of 56 years. Left to cherish Corey’s memory are his children: daughter, Kayla (Steven); son, Marshall and stepson, Vincent (Kyla); grandchildren, Mya, Ava, and Owen; siblings, Landon and Laura; niece, Carissa and nephew, Mitchell as well as countless other friends and family members. Corey was predeceased by his parents, Len and Marlene; brother, Randy and his stepdaughter, Krystal. Corey was a rockstar… he was the most chill, understanding, fair, compassionate and real person you could have ever met. His love for life was fuelled by his children, grandchildren, love of his family and friends, and of course his guitar. Corey could spend hours playing guitar, wrote a lot of his own music and enjoyed many years playing alongside his band mates from the Straight Jackets. Corey could often be heard saying “I still have lots of love to give the world”, and that he did! To know him was to love and adore him. He will be so dearly missed. A Private Family Celebration of Corey’s life will be held in the coming days. (Condolences may be expressed by visiting our website at www.cooksouthland.com) Honoured to serve the family is
