Elisabeth Ambrosi passed away on June 21st, 2022, at the age of 92. She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, John (Christine) Ambrosi and Henry (Karen) Ambrosi; grandchildren, Scott Ambrosi, Lacey Ambrosi (Mark Fairman), Brad (Nicole) Ambrosi and Kelly MacDougall; great grandchildren, Lily, Jazmin, Dylan, Justin and Jarod; Ernie (Wilma) Ambrosi; and many other nieces and nephews. Elisabeth was predeceased by her parents, Jacob and Margareta Britz; husband, John Ambrosi; brother, Peter Britz.
Elisabeth was born in Lenauheim, Romania and moved from Romania to Germany after the war. In 1952, she relocated to Magrath, Alberta and moved to Medicine Hat in 1957.
Elisabeth was a dedicated Moose member.
A Celebration of Elisabeth’s life will be held on June 28th @ 1:00pm at St. Paul Lutheran Church – 515 Sprague Way SE. For those wishing to attend, a public visitation will be held at 12:00pm at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Donations in Elisabeth’s memory may be made to Medicine Hat SPCA by visiting medhatspca.ca.
