MARJ MCMORRAN 1950 ~ 2025 The family of Marjorie ‘Marj’ Jean McMorran, beloved wife of Ken McMorran, sadly announce her passing at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at the age of 75 years. Along with Ken, left with lasting memories are her daughter, Meaghan McMorran; son, Greg (Debbie) McMorran and their children, Alex and Olivia; brother, Terry (Ev) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Maurice and Grace Winnifred Pickering; sister, Gail Tessier and her father-in-law, Charles McMorran. Marj had a passion for playing bridge and curling, but it was on the golf course where she felt most at home. Marj also enjoyed expressing her creativity through handicrafts, always finding joy in making things with her hands. Above all, Marj cherished time spent with her family. Her warmth, laughter, and love will be deeply missed by all who knew her. The family would like to thank the ICU at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital for the care they provided to Marj.
