L. DEAN GALLIMORE 1962 ~ 2025 Dean Gallimore led a life filled with love and an unwavering commitment to his family, career and the community. Dean passed away on April 6, 2025, at the age of 63.
Due to Dean’s personal passion and involvement in the establishment of the Southern Alberta Rural Medical Program (SAMP) at the University of Lethbridge and the outstanding care he received from the medical team at the Foothills Hospital, his family has established a scholarship in his name to support students pursuing medical training at the University of Lethbridge. A celebration of Dean’s life will be held at the University of Lethbridge Science Commons Atrium on Friday, May 23 at 2:00 p.m. All are welcome to join his family and friends to honour his remarkable life.
